"Scottie" is a showstopper in the dressage ring. With highly sought after Cruising bloodlines, she certainly got the athleticism and presence of her grandsire! She is light and easy through First Level with JR/AA riders and schooling many of the Second and Third Level movements. She is steady in the contact with 3 beautiful gaits, offering changes in each direction. Lateral work is fluid and correct. Also schools happily in the double bridle on occasion.
 
She is kind and accommodating to a variety of riders and skill levels, making her a barn favourite! While her show record is limited due to owner availability and interest, Scottie is well traveled and a seasoned pro in a variety of settings.
 
Has done some jumping in the past, showing talent and willingness in that area as well. She is sensible and safe, hacking regularly alone and with company. Bathes, clips, and trailers well - this horse is a solid citizen in every way, a privilege to have in our program. 
 
If you are looking to shine in the dressage ring, this is your girl. Scottie requires no prep, can take a joke, and is the same delight even after a few days off. She can be the partner to help you succeed at Second Level and beyond.
